Quality inspection of parts directly off the mold

• Small, turnkey work cell that can be moved from press to press and hard mounted. Utilizes high-speed overhead gantry robot to remove parts from mold and present them to a camera within the cell for inspection. Upon inspection the robot will then separate the parts into good or bad bins / chutes.
• Custom end of arm tooling can be made to accommodate parts and specific robots.
• Auto baggers can be integrated to the system to allowing parts be pulled directly off the mold, inspected, and then be placed in bags and sealed for shipping to the customer.
